Your family archive is private
Only people you invite can see your archive. It is never public, never sold, and never shown to other families.
What we store
Your account details, the recordings, transcripts, photographs, videos and written stories your family adds, and the connections between them.
How AI is used
AI is used to interview, transcribe, organise and summarise what your family says. Summaries are always marked as summaries, and the original recording is kept.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting an archive you own removes its contents for every member, so we ask you to confirm first.
Support access
Our team does not browse family archives. Access for support is only ever with your explicit permission.
