Your account
Every contributing family member needs their own login. Please don't share one household password — permissions and history depend on knowing who said what.
Your content stays yours
The recordings, photographs and stories your family adds remain your family's. We store and organise them so you can use them.
Subscriptions
The archive owner holds the subscription. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your billing settings.
If a subscription lapses
We do not delete family memories. The archive becomes read-only and normal access returns after reactivation.
Acceptable use
Please only add material you have the right to add, and respect the privacy of the living people in your family's stories.
Changes
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll tell archive owners by email before it takes effect.
